I’m a strategic management scholar and consultant with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of academia and practice.
My work explores how organizations create, share, and leverage knowledge to achieve sustainable performance, innovation, and transformation.
I’ve taught, researched, and advised in universities and executive programs across the Middle East and Europe — including Zayed University, the United Arab Emirates University, and the American University of the Middle East.
My focus is on turning ideas into impact — translating theories of intellectual capital, leadership, and knowledge management into actionable strategies that help organizations grow and adapt.
I believe that meaningful strategy begins with people — their ideas, values, and capacity to share knowledge. Sustainable performance and innovation emerge not from systems alone, but from a shared sense of purpose and trust within organizations.
My research connects these human dimensions of organizations with measurable outcomes, bridging academic insight and managerial reality. I focus on how leadership, collaboration, and knowledge sharing translate into strategic agility and long-term value creation.
In the classroom, I apply the same philosophy through an interactive, experience-driven approach. I design sessions around business simulations, case-based discussions, and active learning techniques that encourage students to think critically and act strategically. Using the flipped classroom model, I shift focus from passive listening to active participation — creating an environment where students engage deeply, challenge assumptions, and learn from one another.
Above all, I believe that learning happens best in an atmosphere of trust. When students feel valued and empowered, they become active co-creators of knowledge — a principle that mirrors the very essence of effective leadership and organizational learning.
